Movie Review: The Order (2003)

Grade: C+

So we did not know this Heath Ledger movie, so we picked it up. yawn. When it first started I thought, "Oh, it is going to be like Da Vinci Code." Nope. Then a horror scene of two kids as demons. "Ah, Constantine. Right On." Nope. That was the only scary scene in the movie. I liked the concept of a "Sin Eater" that will forgive your sins if you have fallen out of favor from the Catholic Church, but the execution of the film is not good. Heath was okay, but he did not carry this movie. See it on cable TV if you must...--Bryan

Grandpa Craig comes to visit Wiggle

35 weeks and counting.... Grandpa Craig arrived on Thursday to visit with Wiggle. He and Bryan worked hard to get the bookshelves together for the baby room. They look great! He also brought baby Craig his first birding field guide. Which I know will be treasured and well used in the years to come.

We spent the rest of the weekend visiting and relaxing. Alot of football for the guys. I am working on the finishing touches of my grant application due in 2 weeks. Wiggle is just hanging out and appears to be doing well. He was a little shy when Grandpa Craig tried to feel his movements. He must get that from his father.

34 Weeks- Wiggle is SOOOO big!

So, I went to the doctor 1.5 weeks ago and said- "Dr. T, the baby must be done growing. There is no more room to grow. My uterus is in my chest." And he looked at me amusingly and said, "Oh no--- now you grow OUT". How right he was! Here I am growing out! There seems to be an exponential amount of growth over the last week. The baby is doing well and moving strongly. Sometimes you can see him moving thru my shirt!!

We went to the Opera yesterday and Wiggle was going nuts. I can not remember him moving so much for so long before! I think he is going to be an opera singer.
